We guide you through a meditation & then 'bathe' you in sound. Various sound healing instruments are used to allow your mind & body to relax, release, rejuvenate & restore. Limited spots availabl Yoga Mats & Blankets are available, but feel free to bring anything that makes you feel comfortable.
